What Makes Us Unique?
St. Teresa Rehabilitation & Nursing Center isn’t your average skilled nursing facility. Whether you are seeking short-term rehabilitation support or long-term care, we are a place where you come to thrive, enjoy life in new ways and achieve the highest level of physical, emotional and social wellness possible.
Conveniently located on Bridge Street in Manchester, just off I-93, we have the advantage of being a close-knit community with only 51 beds – and offer the same extensive nursing care, support services and life enrichment activities you’ll find in much larger facilities. Our small size means you’ll receive a high level of attention you won’t find anywhere else, one in which everyone knows your name, respects your needs and you continually receive the utmost level of respect and kindness. The skills and expertise of our rehabilitation team are unmatched and truly make life-changing improvements for those we proudly serve.
Our rooms, common areas and dining facilities are spacious, bringing you the feel of home throughout the building. Our two resident wings are quiet, allowing you to comfortably rest and relax as needed. For those who love activities, there’s rarely a dull moment, with regular entertainment, crafts, movies, games, weekly Mass, and other special gatherings. You can also enjoy food in our Bistro Café, with restaurant-style dining prepared by our culinary staff and something for everyone’s preferences, diets and nutritional requirements.
We offer a beautiful enclosed courtyard where you can spend time with family, enjoy the weather or take in some fresh air. It’s also the perfect spot for many of our residents who love to garden.
Our commitment to quality care is recognized on a national scale. St. Teresa is the proud recipient of the AHCA National Bronze Award for Commitment to Quality (2019) and US News and World Report – Best Nursing Homes (2017-2018).
For those seeking independent living, our Bishop Primeau Apartments offer comfortable and spacious apartments with all the amenities you need to maintain your independence and enjoy life on our own terms. Services include weekly housekeeping, transportation, dining options, monthly group dining excursions, and many regular social events.
